Danneel Loses Another 'Who Wore it Best'



And in two different magazines no less:(

This time it was for the Alice + Olive floral print frock she was seen wearing at the Maxim Hot 100 Count down party.

Both the June 15th issues of Star Magazine (pg 28) and Life & Style Magazine (pg 9) voted that Debbie Matenopoulos who wore the same dress to the Us Weeky Hot Hollywood Style Event 'Wore it Best'

Both magazines cited that it was Danneel's choice in shoes that made her lose out to Debbie. Both reviewers felt that Danneel's plain, dark shoes brought the outfit down and took away from it's fun summery look. Both liked Debbies kicky golden strappy sandels feeling they really worked best with the playfulness of the dress. However the Life & Style reviewer did like Danneel's cute orange ring and felt it really worked well with the outfit.

Good news: Even though she was not voted as 'Wore it Best' this is still some good publicity for Danneel Harris.
Bad News: While the Star Magazine got her name right, Life & Style was referring to her as 'Danielle Harris'.

I actually do like Debbie's shoes a lot better. Danneel's would have worked better in white.

But seriously, how hard is it to Google to double check your names? That's just lazy.

I agree. Infact I recently contacted Wireimage and talked to them about fixing certain pictures of Danneel from the Maxim thing that were credited as Danielle Harris because they were causing sites like IMDB and magazines to miscredit her as well.

They fixed those (but apparently not in time for the article in Life & Style to realize the photo they were using was miscredited).

I just contacted them again because now pictures of Danielle Harris are being credited on wireimage as being Danneel.

As for the shoes, I was thinking a pair of pale yellow or even a soft tangerine colored strappy heels would have been just perfect.

Umm, no people you can wear whatever shows you want with that kind of dress. And I always go the gal who can fill out better, sorry but Danneel looked way better.
Then again, these fashion people tend to annoy the shit out of me so this does not surprise me.

I'm not sure gold works that well with that dress, but I didn't like the black ones either. People are obsessed with the metallics this summer, I know I am, but they don't go with everything.

Still, I think it looked better on Danneel (although I have to admit I'm biased)!

And I do not get what is so hard about her name.

I don't know about the shoes, but I like Danneel's legs better then the other actress one. So since the dress is above the knee and it shows the legs, I think Danneel wore it better.
Maybe the other girl is better to coordinate the accessory.
Just my opinion.

Maybe another pair of shoes would have been better with that dress (I don't like the other girl pair tough, while I love Danneel's one) but the dress sure looks better on Danneel.

I don't really see other girls shoes so I can't say much about that but as shoes I like Dannel's shoes maybe with this dress they don't look that great but in spite that Danneel looks waaaaay better then the other.
